Purple Squirrel has created a cyclorama studio tailored for automotive showcase, fashion, and large industrial applications. Our design draws on twenty years of experience using studios across North America in the automotive and photography industries, incorporating their strengths and addressing their shortcomings. Our focus on simplicity, accessibility, and usability ensures a smooth studio experience—from the moment you drive in to the moment you start shooting.
Our premier stage is a 36’ by 30’ white cyclorama beneath a 10’ by 30’ Chimera softbox, capable of positioning two vehicles simultaneously, and offering a blank canvas for creators, photographers, and video producers. With the option to manipulate the softbox as desired, our studio offers flexibility for clean and creative shoots for automotive, corporate, fashion, and beyond.

PSQ Studio is convenient to New York, New Jersey, and Boston. just seconds from both I-91 and Route 15, the PSQ Studio cyc wall offers convenient capability within a reasonable radius.

LOCATION ACCESS
A large parking lot and wide overheard door facilitate easy loading and unloading of cars, props, and equipment. There is adequate space outside for parking of trucks and flatbeds during the duration of your shoot.
Once inside, you’ll find plenty of space to move cars, people, and equipment without returning outside, meaning that no matter your limitations on weather or privacy, you will be able to capture any angles necessary.

FLEXIBILITY
In addition to the base package of the 36-by-30 cyc wall, Chimera lighting structure, and 16 LED overhead lights, we also have rates for additional equipment and services including:
36 full RGB lights within the softbox structure
Full manipulation of the softbox for angled lighting
Floor repainting and preparation
Scissor lift access for underbody photography
Workshop-style alternate backdrop

3 Hours
$500
Standard access, 3 hour time slot.
The PSQ Creative three-hour package is perfect for consigners and vehicles who want a standard package of photography or videography for sale. This rate includes use of the studio for one vehicle at a time, parallel to the backdrop, use of the primary lighting grid within the Chimera softbox, and time on our automotive lift for underbody photos, if desired.
Time slots are:
8:00am to 11:00am
11:00am to 2:00pm
2:00pm to 5:00pm
(Slots are inclusive of the time needed to load in the vehicle)

5 Hours (Half Day)
$850
Full access, half day.
The half-day package includes the same access as the three hour slot. (Positioning the vehicle is still restricted to parallel with the softbox and backdrop.)

The full-day package includes the same access as half-day, but for a complete day (8:00am to 5:00pm). The full-day package includes use of the secondary (RGB) lighting structure in the Chimera softbox.
